Trying to buy a home in a crazy market while being over 3 hours away isn't easy, but Ginger made it happen, and we wouldn't have been able to do it without her. Over the course of a year, she met up with us countless times to tour homes, and toured others on her own when we weren't able to make the trip. Her knowledge of the area was priceless, and she was very responsive throughout the entire process. We never felt rushed to make a decision, or pressured to buy something that wasn't right for us. Once we finally found a property and had an offer accepted, she flawlessly took care of arranging everything needed to get us to closing. Even after we closed, she offered to go out to the property and meet with contractors for repairs that we had negotiated with the seller.
